The Smith McMillan Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution held its annual Christmas Luncheon on Dec. 7 at the Fritsch Auf Valley Country Club.

Following the morning social and ticket sales, Regent Lois Wink and Chaplain Kim Joost led the chapter in the DAR Ritual, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America led by Patti Allen. Suzie Shoppa led the recitation of the American’s Creed, and Sherry Hebert accompanied on her violin the singing of the National Anthem. The Pledge to the Texas Flag was led by Gina Minzenmeyer.
