As Washington County residents set out to make their New Year’s Resolutions, reflection on the unprecedented year of 2020 is bound to happen.

The year contained many anomalies such as toilet paper shortages, working from home, kids in remote learning, drive-by birthday parties and online church services. Weddings, parades, funerals, events, parties and more were canceled or postponed this year. Face masks, hand sanitizer and sometimes gloves were items people would not leave the house without. But through all the bad, residents of Washington County are still looking at the good that came from 2020.
