The importance of bystander CPR was prevalent during a presentation about a cardiac arrest survivor during Commissioners Court on Tuesday.

On May 13, Carol Leiber fell into cardiac arrest. Eric LeBlanc, Leiber’s son-in-law who was with her at the time, immediately called 911 and in less than 52 seconds, address information was shared with air and ground being dispatched, and LeBlanc had begun CPR.
