Washington County commissioners Tuesday will consider a proposal to refund about $2 million to a developer planning a large shopping center here.

Commissioners will meet at 9 a.m. in room 103 of the courthouse. The agenda includes an abatement proposal for Baker Katz, a Houston-based development company that has bought about 50 acres on Chappell Hill Street at U.S. 290.
