Faskes celebrate Diamond Anniversary

When Morris Faske and his little brother, Carroll “Butch” Faske, were boys in the 1950s, they washed the windows of their parents’ jewelry store in downtown Brenham.

“You cleaned them every morning,” Butch said in between interactions with customers last week. “That was standard procedure.”
