Don Koester, in his announcement as a candidate for Washington County Precinct One county commissioner in the Nov. 8 general election, says his goal is to deliver common-sense solutions and use his decades of experience as “a professional problem-solver.”

Koester is a lifelong resident of the county who said, “I’ve been working my entire life in and around Precinct One as a licensed service technician and water treatment specialist. My career has been spent in Washington County, where I’ve always tried to serve the public with honesty and integrity and keep a level head while I solve complicated issues.”
