A special meeting hosted by Plains All American Pipeline (Plains) gave citizens of Washington County a sounding board for their complaints and worries about a proposed pipeline and tank forum from Red Oak Pipeline, a joint venture project between Plains and Phillips 66.

Washington County Judge Judge John Durrenberger believed it was important to get everyone in one room and dispel rumors and possibly get some answers about the proposed project.
