I think it would be a fair assumption to say most anyone who reads this column is facing more stress than usual right now. Lately, stress has been consuming me. Little problems have snowballed into big ones that I have created from worry and doubt.

Over the last two weeks, I’ve taken a step back to evaluate what’s wrong. After I did that, I made a plan to make myself feel a little more normal. I hope sharing this can make someone else feel normal, too.
