They say that everything is bigger in Texas, so it is no wonder that the Canadian center on the Blinn men’s basketball team, Link Kabadyundi, has found the Lone Star State the perfect fit as he stands at 7-foot-1 with an even bigger defensive presence.

The Montreal native is a long way from home and has been in Texas for the last two years after being recruited by the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs straight out of his high school, Alma Academy in Quebec, Canada after it won the Canadian championship in 2012-13, went to the semifinals in 2013-14, and Kabadyundi competed for Team Canada at the 2013 NIKE Global Challenge.
