For all the changes the Burton Panthers have endured ahead of the 2019 season, eighth-year head coach Jason Hodde is feeling pretty good.

For the first time since 2015, the Panthers will open the season without Class 2A superstars Caleb Harmel and DeMonderick Winters, but what Burton will have when it opens the season at home against Lexington at 7 p.m. Friday has Hodde ready for another successful fall.
