Burton Panthers

BURTON — The No. 10 Burton Panthers (4-1) are rolling into district just as they imagined after defeating the No. 16 Iola Bulldogs (2-3) 49-14 in their last pre-district matchup of the season on Friday.

“I just thought we played hard and things went our way, but we made them go our way; our effort was great,” Burton head coach Jason Hodde said. “I always expect us to play well and win, but the way we won was very exciting for me to see.”
